MUTHEC acquires NORMECA, a competitor whose activity is developed on the national territory.
The companies MUTHEC and NORMECA become part of the JSP INDUSTRIES group. NORMECA is repositioned on the production of boilers/pipes.
The motor pumps become the exclusive production of MUTHEC.
The NORMECA teams are transferred to MUTHEC.
MUTHEC, while maintaining its commercial policy in export, develops its activity in France.
Muthec Central Africa has been inaugurated. Based in Cameroon, this structure has the mission to meet the national needs of the whole ECCAS zone but also of West Africa.
A new step is taken, the company obtains the MASE certification for a period of 3 years.
Moreover, Muthec develops Industry 4.0 solutions. The possibility of 4G remote communication as well as predictive maintenance are added to the existing options of the control cabinets.
